Product - it arrived with marks on it that with a sponge came out but there were a couple of nicks on the chair that will require a marker so they do not show. The rattan part of the chair is not very good quality and had some pieces sticking up. The straw/rattan also doesn't look that clean.
The Process - be careful ordering the same chair from different sites. I ordered this chair from Wayfair - they only had one. And I ordered from two other sites. One was bali and pari . directly. Wayfair told me they did not have the chair (ordered in early Sept) and would not have until January. I let a few days go by as I waited for Bail and Pari to confirm if they would get more chairs in stock. They said no. I went to cancel on Wayfair and could not. Miraculously, they found a chair just as I went to cancel the order. So am stuck with only 2 chairs, one from Wayfair and one From Bali and Pari. They are the same chair. The return policy form Bali and Pari is very poor, they don't generate a label, you have to take a huge box to a FedEx, have them weigh it and send it to them. And they reserve the right to charge you 30% stocking fee depending on how chair arrives. Essentially, it would cost you almost as much to return the chair as keep it. Wayfair is better as they generate a label and FedEx will pick it up from home, in the original packaging. They were going to charge $50 for the return as "restocking fee" but in the scheme of things, is better than the alternative. It makes Wayfair a better option to buy larger items from then directly from the manufacturer, at least in this case.
