Terrible customer service! Chair was delivered to a house 1 mile away! The home owner called customer service who refused to pick up the item and deliver it to me. The home owner then called me...I went over and the package was too big to fit in the trunk of my small SUV and too heavy for me. I called customer service who HUNG UP on me twice before I could even explain the issue. Then we decided to empty out the box. We put down my backseat and managed to get the parts into my car! What an effort on a 90F day! I of course returned to the house with a gift for the owner and his brother who received the package, reached out to me and then help me disassemble to put into my car! Needless to say I am done with Wayfair!
