Complete DISASTER. If I could give negative stars I would. 1. Product arrived damaged in multiple places...chips, excessive paint stains splatter. See photos. Unfortunately the handyman didnt see the damage until we were well into the assembly. 2. There are LOADS of gold exposed screws on the side of the cabinet...these are NOT pictured in the stock photos. Unfortunately, again, this is the side that faces the door, so its the first thing you see. If this had been accurately represented in Wayfairs photos, I wouldnt have purchased the bed. 3. The two boxes were delivered to my neighbors house instead of mine. They are so heavy we had to have two people move them. 4. The assembly is beyond tedious. It took a skilled professional 6 hours to complete this-- and cost me 300. 5. I contacted Wayfair mid-assembly and they offered for me to return the bed () or take a 20 refund. Im sorry, but 125 is not enough to offset this mess. And disassembling it and packing it up would take a few hours. How do you get all of this back into the boxes And then of course, I have to get the boxes back down the stairs and to the door for pick up. None of this was helpful since I needed the bed to accommodate weekend guests. I dont feel adequately compensated for this mess. Im still stuck with this bed and in nearly 900. (bed is 529 before tax 300 assembly). See all photos. I do not recommend. Really disappointed with Wayfair. This is the 16th thing Ive ordered from them, so I feel like a loyal customer. Bummed to have had to deal with this.
