Chaise Italia (Ensemble de 2)

These chairs are beautiful but they took forever to arrive and had out of 6 chairs, 3 damaged. It has been 2 months of twice being promised by Wayfair they would be replaced, only to be delayed and then canceled. I have reached out to customer service again and had the same promise. We will see if they keep their word. I usually have great service with Wayfair but this has been the worst experience, and very expensive chairs we don't have. Now my family can't even sit at the table at the same time.
