Overall very good, although drawer handle to pull out the support is a little flimsy. Had to reinforce with an extra screw

Build quality was disappointing. Many pieces don’t fit or align correctly including when I went to fold it up. The pilot holes are misaligned so screws end up in the wrong place. A few of the metal pieces were also malformed. There was a residential on all the finished white pieces. For what I paid, I hoped it to be a little better. The finish also scratches very easily and there were stains already on some of the panels. Also be aware that the off gas was strong.

Both packages arrived at the same time. The instructions were pretty simple however some of the holes did not line up, so we made do. Some of the things that were misaligned, we ended up drilling new holes to make it line up better. The process itself was long, 23 steps in total. You will absolutely need an electric drill and another person to help. I can’t imagine doing this with a manual screwdriver and alone. The outcome was a beautiful bed concealed as a cabinet in our office space. Wonderful for when we have guests, but not sacrificing space when it’s not in use.

This thing is beautiful and so sturdy. I thought that I was going to be turned off by how large it is, but it actually fits so well. Because it is so beautiful. You would never know that this was a Murphy bed. The engineering is brilliant. It took me a while to put together, but that’s because it’s just so well-built. My only concerns were that there were a few spots where the paint had rubbed off, or it was scuffed, and one of the hardware pieces was damaged. But Wayfair has been great about replacing the hardware, and I’m just gonna get a white paint pen to touch up the other parts. The trifled mattress that I got to keep inside of it. Also, if fits perfectly, and is incredibly comfortable. I would highly suggest this item to anyone.
