This is the bar stool I received totally shattered and Birch Lane wants to charge me $87 to ship it back!? Buyers please beware. Cant talk to a customer service rep as the hold time is beyond reason so tried to resolve this with their online service. I'm mortified! Over $350.00 loss to this company. I hope someone from Birch Lane will contact me. I'm going to have to block my credit card from being charged for a return label and shipping cost by Wayfair/Birch Lane Very bad treatment to a trusting customer. Over $350.00 is a bit much for a shattered chair and I refuse to pay to have it shipped back to them. I really need to speak with someone at Birch Lane about this.
