5 years later & still going strong

Very disappointed with FAKE white Gloves delivery. After package was delivered I was told that assembly was to be rescheduled for another day. Was not informed of this prior to delivery. Also I expect some kind of credit due to "no assembly" Don't need your assembly now since my son and myself put it together. Not you delivery teams fault. Just poor planning by Wayfair. Looking forward to your reply. If any.

Holes do not line up - assembly was a nightmare

What you see in the ad is not what you get. The locking mechanisms are all fake and for show, which is fine except that they welded the door shut. I had to grind off the attachment on one door and reset it for it to work. Very unpleasant experience. The instructions you get indicate that the locking mechanisms should be full functioning. Basically, it is false advertising.
