Very easy to assemble. Did it by myself in 10 minutes. Use it at the end of my bed so my dogs can get up on the bed. Looks great with my white cottage style furniture

The pros: Looks great, incredibly well packaged to prevent damage in shipment - multiple layers of cardboard and rigid edge protectors. The cons: Threaded inserts in lower leg (where the shelf attaches) were set too deep - two barely engaged threads (about 1/2 turn), and two did not reach the threads at all. Assembly was a frustrating experience, and I will need to purchase four longer screws.

It is exactly as described. It is both beautiful and functional. It was so easy to put together too!
