It took weeks to get it and promised delivery day changed. After I called they had an explanation which was fine so I didn't wanna worry since I had time. The disappointing part was delivery arrives damaged, when i called j couldn't reach proper departments twice, I left 2 voicemails, since it took long for the delivery, my wife and I decided to give up since its heavy and they seemed like they will make it more complicated to the return but I have to show this. It arrived 25% ripped opened package, luckily I saved some parts before damaged, but some parts look not fit, probably because of rough trip, and there was a crack as it's seen at picture.. it might not be so visible but it is a crack with bad shipping trip, not assembled correct, rushed for delivery and I'm not satisfied with ordering furniture from Wayfair which I was thinking a sofa and entertainment corner right now. I'd like to have a discount for my payment, or a store credit for these damages.. Its not gonna make me rich but somebody has to pay these sloppy work and correct.. If I don't get it, I'm sorry I won't order anything cause I don't know what's gonna happen next time.. Thanks.
