The chairs just arrived so I cannot speak about durability but they are solid. It took one person an hour to put each chair together but it was not difficult. The seats are comfortable and the fabric excellent! We are very pleased with this purchase and the delivery

Solid and smart looking! Comfy to enjoy a meal at the counter or just to chill in.

Definitely a negative experience. Every piece of wood has many imperfections, and each also needs to be re-sanded. The material used to finish off the caning have so much damage. There are issues with the finish, staining and glue was everywhere. There are areas where the wood has checking. I didn't see a Quality Control sticker on the box - and now I know why.
