This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use. Damages not covered under warranty may be repaired for a reasonable rate and a fee will be charged for return shipping. Our policy requires that products accepted for repair be clean and in the original box. Charges will be assessed if cleaning is necessary or the product may be returned to you if it can not be adequately cleaned.
