The bed is very nice but it didn’t come with instructions.

Made of pressboard and packaged poorly. Looks like fedex took it as a personal challenge to deliver it in as poor of condition as they possibly could. Headboard was cracked clean through and center panel was originally stapled in place but only one or two staples held under that abuse. Poor quality coupled with poor packaging and minimal care in delivery makes this a very disappointing product. Don’t waste your money. It’s pretty but not worth the hassle to get resolution. Update—-Resolution team suggested a token refund and that I fix the product to save ME the hassle of returning it. Definitely not top tier service. I paid for a whole undamaged product and should not be responsible for correcting the failed packaging or issues with shipping. If I could give less stars I would.
