This is not even close to worth $800+ dollars in quality. Not only do most of the shelves warp after assembly, without anything on it, but the drawers have no tracks and just have small wooden pieces to "hold it in place". It is super difficult to make it go flush in every time you open and close the drawers. It also had zero guide holes for the bed slats. But guide holes for everything else (even though THOSE were off many times, like with the shelves, and even with the side panel near the ladder). This made the process tedious and because I'm not a builder, not very evenly spaced (as I was so tired trying to build it in the first place). Which you can't do without help. I'm not happy. And the slats are unfinished, not sanded wood, which I care about for the top bunk since I am under it. This was a really big purchase. I don't have disposable income to find something better or the energy to get a replacement and build it again (I am disabled). The only reason it's getting two stars instead of one, is because customer services personnel were lovely in the chat. I got the highest possible partial refund that Wayfair allows (25%) since I will be keeping the item because they could not provide professional assembly if I were to send it back and try again. I do wish they would offer this as one of their solutions. I will just have to slowly fix the product myself.
