The pros: The upholstery is a beast. It's easy to clean, stands up to heavy duty farmhouse use (we have an actual farm), and is fairly soft once it breaks in. The color is nice, the style is great, and at 72", it is ideal for apartments or small spaces. The cons: Oy. It is really uncomfortable. I'm 5'4" at 135 lbs and the cushions barely give for me. The foam is super firm, not cushy and cozy if that's what you are looking for. The low arm rests make leaning into the corner impossible without a plush pillow, which kinda takes up too much seat space. And last, the sleeper part of this sofa is ridiculously uncomfortable. One can feel all the parts that support the bed and the sofa. We added a bunkie board and a mattress topper, and I still wouldn't sleep on this for more than an hour. It's okay in a pinch for some guests you may not be too keen on, but don't plan on regular sleepovers on this sofa.

UTTERLY HEARTBROKEN!! I ordered this sofa so quests would have a place to sleep. The sofa arrived in plenty of time, but the main spring holding the bed is broken. Rather than refunding my money so I can purchase another sofa that will arrive in time, Wayfair is refusing a refund or store credit. They are replacing the sofa, but it will arrive a month after my guests are here. The sofa is well constructed otherwise. This sofa was 2,000 bucks, and my guests are stuck sleeping on the floor.
