The fabric is pilling already very disappointing as it isn't used often

Giving this 3 stars. It’s beautiful. Seems well made. We got the navy linen and it was delivered July 28th, it is Aug 18th and it’s already pilling on the cushions. So a little shocked to see that. It’s comfy, beautiful and love that slip cover for easy cleaning. Just really shocked to see it already pill for the price.. Second, white glove delivery according to the delivery checklist under our orders says large parcel delivery then explains that large parcel delivery and set up are included. We got the furniture delivered no set up. It says packaging will be removed and disposed of for your convenience. It says “signature required yes package removal yes assembly service yes” none of the above happened for us. They delivered and drove off didn’t even ask for my signature. So I have to say delivery sucked. I am 6 mo pregnant so no what I was anticipating.

We love the look but one cushion is softer than the other. Delivery was phenomenal and helpful

This sofa is extremely comfortable. It is well made and the proportions are great! Note that this is a true slipcover, not just the style.

LOVE this sectional. looked forever for a slipcovered couch without the big square arms at a good price and this was it!! great choices of fabric! very comfortable!
