Chariot-bar en acier inoxydable Antoinette

This gorgeous piece is a nightmare. First one came and the glass on each circle was chipped cracked damaged. Sent photos to wayfair they said we will replace them. 2 weeks later they say they cant replace the glass and I should donate or discard entire piece they will replace the whole thing. I did as they asked. WEEKS later I finally get replacement item and out of box the stainless metal is seared off the legs and the piece cant even stand upright as result. Oh and those glass inserts ALSO chipped. Now they are refusing to pick it up and refund my money unless I now go out and acquire a box big enough to repack these broken and very heavy items. They put entire onus on me to return whole thing. Wont even send me a box. I am aggravated. This is an almost 700 item it wasnt cheap.
