My end table was completely damaged. My console table came with nails in 3 of the legs. It scratched my newly refinished floors. Plus they tried to leave it here saying I had to keep it until a new one came. I am still waiting for a phone call about the replacement and the damage to my floors.

The piece itself is beautiful but it was not constructed well. The first one was cracked pretty badly so they gave me a replacement. Both shipments took 3 weeks to arrive. The replacement was really nice except one of the doors is slightly slanted and not centered so it just wont catch the magnet. Also, they state it is solid wood but the bottom shelf is obviously a particle wood. For the prices I wish they would of stated that. The agent with birch lane was easy to communicate with and kinda resolved some of the issue although I wish there wouldn't of had been an issue with the piece itself because it is beautiful which is why I still ended up keeping it. I'm hoping the door problem won't be too much of a problem to fix somehow.
