So far, we like the chair. It really is quite beautiful-something that recliners rare are! It’s my husband’s birthday present, so I haven’t been able to try it out. I hope it will prove to be a good choice. Delivery was excellent. UPDATE February 10, 2026: I purchased this recliner and it was delivered and set up by Wayfair in May 6, 2025. No one has used this chair since Thanksgiving 2025, the day my husband was admitted to hospital. He returned home yesterday. The recliner doesn’t recline any more and the only electronic feature that works is the headrest. Wayfair’s AI assistant tells me that there is no assistance or resolution available to me. What a waste of money!

I’ve had the Flexsteel Elizabeth recliner for 9 months now and it has been used constantly. It is very beautiful, but still stiff, uncomfortable, and needs better lumbar support. I am disappointed.

I love the look and smaller size of these recliners. The blue color is beautiful and chairs feline quietly and smoothly. They are sturdy and heavy. My only negative is that they are very firm. I’m hoping they will soften a bit with more use
