The delivery service did an outstanding job They were on time, very pleasant and made sure I was ready for my order. They were very professional, took all unwanted materials and set furniture up. They did a great job. I wish all my deliveries were done by them.

Ordered these in pink and they are adorable! The back is a little low so if you like a higher back to rest your head, these are not gonna work. Otherwise, they are great chairs!

Chair itself is great and very comfortable. But it arrived dirty and a replacement has yet to come.

I do love the look of these chairs. The seat cushion is not cut just right. When you sit down, a gap is created and you see the light colored lining of the chair. This annoys me. I could have spent much less if I wanted mediocre quality. I also was told that the chairs were being delivered June 8 (that printed in my receipt) at time of order and they were delivered June 24. No online updates were posted on my order and each time I tried to follow up about my delivery with customer service or even directly at the store, I got a different answer with the most recent last week suggesting that I cancel the order as no delivery date was shown in the system. Then less than 24 hours before delivery, I got an email that I needed to be available for delivery the next day. Thankfully I was able to accommodate that. Overall it was a very messy process with no support from customer service. I will think twice before ordering from Birch Lane again.
