The screws are coming loose on the ottoman toward the edges so after repeated opening and closing it lifts the screws out and now it’s starting to rip the leather after only 1 month. Not great

Was very excited for this purchase. It was a pretty penny and I assumed it would also be quality. Nope. Upon closing itself, WITH PLENTY OF SPACE STILL IN THE CONTAINER, I heard a pop and looks to see that EVERY SINGLE SCREW came out of the ottoman and is sticking out. BEYOND DISAPPOINTED.

I love our new ottoman! The color is perfect for our room and the quality is wonderful. The leather is beautiful and the storage is great- just what we needed as a place to store our grandson’s toys out of sight but in easy access when he comes to visit. And the slow close feature is perfect- no worry about getting fingers or tiny hands caught.

This bench was needed for our bedroom. Needed a place to sit for putting on shoes and storage for blankets. It is an attractive addition.
