The stools are quite lovely and exactly as described. I was initially bothered because I had to go through customer service due to a mismatch of the color and description on the site. After some time spent chatting with bots I gave up and called customer service. The woman I spoke with was very kind and helpful and even helped guaranteed the cheaper “open box” ones would be the correct color and in new condition. They arrived quickly, no assembly necessary except for breaking down the cardboard. I’m pleased with this purchase.

I’ve only had these stools a couple days so can’t comment on durability. They look really nice and sturdy though, and I’m so happy they’re wipeable.

Well made chair and perfect color to compliment my kitchen. The height of the chairs were slightly higher than my previous ones, which is what I wanted for the center island

Really nice leather bar stools, fully assembled! One of the four I ordered and received has a small blemish on the wood. The best packaging I have ever seen and very prompt delivery. Expensive investment but very nice. I purchased five year insurance as we have several small grands. So far, I am very pleased,

Looks amazing, leather is soft and they’re sturdy- love these chairs!
