The swivel of 180 degrees is just what I needed. The leather is soft and smooth perfect.

I love the look of this chair, however; leave it to the Chinese to create a swivel chair that is so tight...when you try to "swivel" it to seat yourself, the whole chair moves across the room. And leave it to marketing to leave this point out. Im hoping the swivel component loosens up soon. Not worth the 1000.00
