The chairs are very good looking. A few washers and screws were missing. One stretcher was 3/8" inch too long and wouldn't allow the front legs to seat against the apron. A small piece of one of the appliques was missing were a repair was attempted. One thread insert was damaged and wouldn't allow the screw to be to turned after just a few turns and damaged the threads of the screw. I gave it a generous 4 star rating; since I was able to fix all the problems on my own without the hassle of contacting Wayfair. Just typical "Made in China" quality.
