Happy my order arrived in good condition, would have given 5 stars but one box appeared to get lost and after contacting Wayfair they tracked it down and it showed up a week later.

Had a little problem with a couple of the casters, I needed to use a hammer to insert them while the others went in perfectly. Nice to be able to use the chair again without finding little chips from the old disintegrating ones.

Easy to attach, makes my office chair usable on my hardwood floor without causing scratches.

Casters were as described and at a fair price. Saved me from getting a new chair as 2 of the casters had broken but the chair itself was still in good condition.
