I ordered this bed April 1 2019. It did not come until June 11 2019. I was promised so many dates but the manufacturer never delivered. I called almost everyday complaining and the Wayfair staff remained calm empathizing with my situation. They called the manufacturer and did all they could to make me whole. I was not a pleasant customer and spoke to several agents yet everyone showed professionalism and remain kind. That's hard to do when the customer is at their peak. Anyway my bed is here it was supposed to be beige as stated but you can clearly see it's not. But I kept it and love it anyway. Thanks for being great Wayfair!! I rated four stars because the color isn't correct.
