It’s beautiful! However, I ordered this 69lb ottoman along with a Braxton Culler chair and when they messaged me they were done but being delivered separately I tried to get them to deliver both together, but no! They couldn’t or wouldn’t! It was left on my doorstep and I’m ready to buy a new bedroom set but will purchase from a store that doesn’t leave a 69lb chair outside!although I’m 67 years old, struggled with it and finally got it inside and unpacks. Luckily, the chair is being delivered properly!

It's beautiful. Well made, love the fabric. The only issue I have is the hinges. One of them seems to be installed a bit crooked. And I'm wondering if there's a way to lock them to hold the lid open. I'll reach out to customer support and hopefully they can address the issue.
