The couch arrived open, damaged (which I already knew about) without instructions and a box of loose screws/pieces. There weren’t even enough screws. Due to no predrilled holes, we had to get power tools to assemble and return back to the store to buy more screws. The plastic legs are cheap and appear crooked/not touching the couch. The design/color are on point, but the construction/quality is poor.
Wayfair, sold me an open-boxed item without telling me. I called Wayfair about this and they could only offer a return. The delivery was over a week later than the estimated delivery. I’m trapped in keeping due to time/needing a couch for hosting. Feels manipulative. If a product doesn’t have any reviews, like this couch didn’t when I purchased it, consider it a red flag and avoid.
