I love this iconic chair. These seem pretty well made, though the base finish on one is more matte than the other. But something of that sort is always true of Wayfair products, sorry to say. They really need closer inspection of all products, especially furniture, & these chairs are not cheap. I just hope the swivel parts don't break down as two previous chairs did; they weren't from Wayfair. I only bought these because the old ones stopped swiveling properly & also squeaked & groaned.

Love the seat height of these chairs. Very comfortable for a 6 foot tall person.

My experience with Wayfair was a first and last. Ordered the chair and it was delivered with missing or wrong hardware, and no assembly instructions. The customer service suggested a discount so I could buy the parts I needed? And when I declined offered to send a replacement on a chair that showed out of stock, and zero compensation for the inconvenience. Horrible experience and no interest in doing business with them ever again.
