The table itself is beautiful and exactly what I wanted. However, it arrived with a major dent and chip in one of the corners that completely takes away from the overall look. It's clear that the dent occurred in shipping due to the shape of the box. I might update my rating based on my customer service experience. Update: Wayfair customer service was very easy to work with and they are sending me a replacement table for free. They even sent a free return shipping label and organized onsite pickup of the damaged table. I'll update again when I receive the replacement.

We had previously purchased these chair for our waiting room over 2 years ago. They have held up and look great, so we ordered more for our new office!
