The chairs look great and appear to be good quality. Four stars instead of five because the box came without any hardware to fasten the seats to the frame so we haven’t been able to use them yet.

The counter stools look even nicer in life. Had one small issue and they immediately gave me a credit. This 3rd party vendor had been super to work with and I really love the 4 stools I ordered. They look great in my home!

Exactly as pictured so I didn't add a photo. But 3 stars because it's a frustrating chair. It came with ZERO hardware or instructions, so you can't attach the seat to the legs. I called Wayfair and they pass the buck to the manufacturer and say I have to deal with them. Wayfair can sell me a product, but then they don't care after that. So we bought several different sized screws and it's a ridiculous process getting them in. It's a swivel chair and to get the screws in, you need to hold the chair with the seat mechanism turned in order to reach the screw holes. It's near impossible to do this AND screw at the same time. You need four hands and a prayer. Also, I still haven't heard from the manufacturer. Wayfair supposedly sent them my concern. And just to make this transaction even more disappointing, the chair itself is not very comfortable. There's barely any padding. For the cost point of these chairs, they should included the hardware and instructions. This was my last purchase from Wayfair.
