The pieces are very cheaply made. The wood broke during assembly when I was connecting one piece to another. Very disappointing quality.

This very large bookdisplay cabinet was quickly assembled by the company representative in about one hour. Both are and were great (representative and bookshelf!

Heads up! This comes in 1 box that is very heavy. The box was torn all to pieces by the delivery driver and it was difficult to get it in the house with just me and my son. No matter how hard you try you will need two people to help complete all of the steps in the instruction manual. The manual was pretty easy to follow if you're on your A game. If you are the least bit distractible then do not attempt this. LOL

I had so many issues with this order from the moment it arrived. The box came completely torn up, and there were no screws or assembly instructions included. I had to wait for the missing screws to be shipped separately, and even though I specifically asked for the instructions to be included with them, they were not. I was then told the instructions were available online, which was extremely frustrating after already having to wait for missing parts. At that point, I was so frustrated with the entire experience that I requested a refund. I was initially only offered a 15% refund, which I felt was completely unreasonable given the condition of the package and the missing components. I ultimately had to ask for a 50% refund. To make matters worse, when I tried assembling the bookcase, I discovered that one of the pre-drilled holes was too large for the screw, so the screw would not stay in place. This made the bookcase impossible to properly assemble and raised serious concerns about its stability. When I asked for a full refund, I was told I would have to completely disassemble and repack the bookcase into the same damaged box and return it. The box was already torn up, and the bookcase itself is extremely heavy, so expecting a customer to handle all of that after receiving a defective and incomplete product is ridiculous. Overall, this was an incredibly frustrating experience. Between the damaged packaging, missing screws, missing instructions, defective hardware, poor initial refund offer, and difficult return process, I spent far more time dealing with this order than I ever should have. I would not recommend this product or this seller based on my experience.
