I’ll know more when repair is done on the base

I recently received the cabinet I had been eagerly waiting for, and unfortunately, I was very disappointed with its condition upon arrival. There were several cracks in multiple areas, parts of the surface were rough, and the top was not aligned properly with the bottom. One side of the cabinet is noticeably uneven, and the windows are not level, leaving visible gaps on two of them. Additionally, some interior areas were left unpainted. No installation instructions were included, which led me to call customer service three separate times. I received conflicting guidance regarding the piece attached to the top of the cabinet—two different answers from three calls. Although the online photos show that the piece should remain, I removed it because it appeared out of place. Considering these problems, I would appreciate guidance on whether a refund or another resolution is possible. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I am glad the color is ok since they would not send a color sample other than photo online, which is Smokey blue. . A couple of very small areas that could use some touch up paint, but not too noticeable. I will have to figure out a way to secure the hutch to the base since it can move easily with slight force. Overall it is a good storage bar cabinet for my space.

Very cheaply built and finish is coming off. Damaged when it arrived. Paid extra to have them bring in the house and set up for us but they just dropped it off on the driveway and split. Called them in 3 minutes to come back andvmake things right but they refused. Absolute worst customer service nd product I've experienced. I have never been disappointed with any other item from Wayfair.

This is made of very cheap materials. I like the design, just don’t look too close!!
