Console 40 po Monroy

Exactly As advertised

In the photos, this console looks lovely. But not so much in person. At this price point, close to $400 after taxes, this console was disappointing. The drawers don't open well at all (mentioned in majority of other reviews) and the finish looks cheap, like fake wood. If I had seen a close up of that when looking, I wouldn't have bought it. Adding photo to help others in making their decision. Hope I can save someone else the hassle and $42 I'm paying to return this item. Wayfair, please provide close-up photos of the finish on your furniture.

It looks beautiful, but the drawers are extremely hard to open and close.

Looks nice but the drawers don't open smoothly. You have to pull them from below so as not to pull the knob/ring off.

I love this console table. The color is beautiful and just what I was hoping for. It shipped and arrived quickly and was already put together (yay!). Something to note is that the drawers are not functional. I read this in other reviews before purchasing, but really, they hardly budge at all when you try to open them. I will not be using them much, so it is fine. Just surprised that a piece of furniture at this price would not have functional drawers. I also noticed a couple of chips in the paint when I unpacked it. Not too noticeable. Overall, I am very happy with this find!
