Great file cabinet; perfect for my new retirement home office. I finally retired and moved into a vacant family cottage only partially furnished. I happily left behind old and outdated metal cabinet and mostly metal desk; looked forward to new upgrades. I know it will sound like hype, but I've learned the hard way. I buy lots of stuff online and when it comes to knocked down furniture I have to assemble, I bypass my prime options and go with Wayfair. This wood decorative two-drawer file cabinet is a perfect example. It arrived fast (actually a day early). Package and contents free of any damage, dings, dents or scratches. Assembly took a bit of time, but worth it. Instructions say two people; was just me, didn't rush. One small flaw was the final step. Task involved inserting the finished drawers into cabinet frame and screwing in last of two small machine screws, one each side of each drawer (to secure metal glides). Three went in with multiple tries to align screw with threaded hole in glide. The fourth wouldn't go; I opted to improvise with a small wood screw left over from additional spare bits that came with this cabinet (another reason why I go with Wayfair). A matching L-shaped desk is due today; can't wait.

This filing cabinet has been a wonderful addition to my little home office and helps great with organization.

After hours of effort building drawers skeleton of the cabinet, imagine the disappointment only to find out that one of the handles couldn’t be fixed due to the screws not holding it together. Either the handle’s screw groove is wrong or the screw thread is wrong. I wish they ensured a longer screw for this or send me a handle and screw set that are really compatible!

Great piece! Works nice as a filing cabinet next to a desk with little storage. I just needed an extra cabinet and this is perfect.

It is not made with expensive materials but you cannot tell by looking at it. So it looks good until you use it and then realize it is not wood.
