The back and side pillow were missing when it arrived. You can't use the chair without a back pillow so we can't really use it. I reported to Wayfair and now a week later they said the pillows won't ship out until September 3rd. 2 weeks after I received my item. Not sure where it's being shipped from so who knows when it will actually arrive. Very frustrating, but expected, constant issues with Wayfair. Probably won't order anything else in the future
