What a HUGE disappointment! The table arrived badly damaged and was not the design advertised in the picture. I waited months for this table to be back in stock and ordered it immediately when an email was sent telling me I could now purchase. When contacting support, I was told the table that I had ordered was not available and that the manufacturer must have changed the design and not notified Wayfair. The black lacquer painting is sloppy and this piece is not worth the $500 I paid. Wayfair has agreed to refund my money but now I'm stuck with the chore of having to deal with the return and timely correspondence with Wayfair and I have ZERO extra time to deal with this. What a HUGE inconvenience. I am going to recontact customer support and request that they have someone professionally pack this because it came in packing that was so inadequate and I don't want the responsibility of it arriving to them in even worse share. Also going to request an RMA and prepaid shipping as this was not brought up when I was told I could return it for a refund. We'll see how they treat me and that will determine whether I will remain a Wayfair customer.
