This piece is made of very high quality. It arrived fully assembled and perfectly packaged for safe shipping and delivery. It arrived in perfect condition.

The cabinet is lovely, but not what was shown in the illustration. Instead of varied colors, it is all gold on black. While I'm actually happier with the actual versus advertised appearance, be aware of the difference. When delivered and unpacked by shippers, glass pane on top was shattered (not just broken in two). In addition to clearly inadequate packaging, suspect standard plate glass instead of tempered glass. Happy that is was shattered on arrival, rather than the first time we set a glass down too hard. When delivered by shippers, one door fell off. Inspection revealed bottom of both cabinet doors was so soft that screws pulled out. Doors reinforced with toothpicks and glue, seem to be holding the screws now. Bottom line, not the quality I expected for a $1700+ cabinet, more like a $200+ cabinet. But I still like it.
