Too early to tell longevity but I got it to protect a recliner. So far an excellent buy. Very good price.

We've been using these continuously for over 2 years to cover the seat, back and top of arms on our lazy boy recliners. They are lightweight, wash and dry well and are easily put on. They've survived 3 cats and multiple visiting dogs. A few stitches came loose where the binding covers the edge and that was an easy fix.

Had to return this as it kept slipping. Did not stay in place. It looked nice.

The color is not red, more of a dark copper. Easy to wash.
