Very very very bad. It is in incredibly light flimsy desk in the first place, and arrived broken in several places. It is a crime to list that this was ever on sale for over $1000 dollars, it is like something from the dollar store. It is very pretty of course, but a complete piece of garbage. I could literally karate chop the desk in half. I took at all out and tried to put it together only realizing as I went how bad it was. The boxes are all ripped and half the packaging already thrown away---Wayfair wants me to package it all back up and drag it to fed ex for refund. no way! i got a lousy 25% back for me to put this on the curb and I am out several hundred dollars. What a scam!!

This desk is beautiful and intricately carved. However I was disappointed; it was not wood as stated but rather light particleboard, made in China and damaged when it was delivered. Also it was delivered vertically with the “This Side Up” sign on top and facing to the left side. Im still working on getting a result and the person helping me has been very supportive and understanding

Very pretty, but yes damaged drawer front like some of the other reviews complained about. I did purchase it at a reduced cost as it was an open box item but it did NOT say that it was reduced because it was known to be damaged. Since it was already open it should have been inspected. Don’t think I have the option for return since it was open box.

Received damaged twice. The drawer was busted up pretty badly upon arrival. Wayfair immediately sent a replacement desk and the replacement desk was also damaged in the exact same way. We almost thought we were shipped the one that we sent back! Looking closer it was slightly different so seems like a shippingpacking issue. Went ahead and got a refund and will be looking for another option. It is very pretty in person and looks just like the photos. It’s a gamble if you’ll receive it in one piece though.
