Im sitting in this chair right now! Its very comfortable and has great lumbar support. The directions were very clear and I put it together in 15 minutes. It was well-packaged. It is completely adjustable so you can make it your own!

While this chair is a bit on the pricey side, now that I’ve seen it in person I understand why. The fabric is high quality and it’s well built with quality parts. Directions were clear and it took me only about 20 min to put together. I love the slight “hump” in the seat area - it gives nice support. My only complaint is that the lumbar support is a bit lower than I need it to be to support my back. The arm rests adjust to your height and the height of the chair is also adjustable. I am very happy with how comfortable it is!

I love this high back, ergonomic office chair. The instructions were easy to read. I was able to put it together in less than 30 minutes. The chair height is it adjustable, the arms can be raised up and down and swivel in and out. The headrest moves up and down and back-and-forward. 

Very nice quality office chair. Needed to replace older chair and this fit the bill. Straight forward assembly, comfortable, nice features for adjusting comfort levels. Arrived quickly and in good condition. Very pleased.

I am giving this office chair 2 stars because the seat is not comfortable for an 8 hour day or for a person over 225 pounds. There isn’t any cushion as I’ve displayed in one of the pics. It was easy to put together. They gave a few extra screws and washers. Although it is titled as ergonomic it is just not a comfortable seat.
