The second drawer came misaligned so it wouldn't close properly. When it did close, it ended up damaging the corner of the drawer as well as the upper drawer. After reaching out to Wayfair, they put me in contact with the company who explained that the drawer fronts can become misaligned during transit and sent a video showing how to adjust them. Since the drawer fronts were already damaged, the company said they would send out new fronts. Well the company ghosted me. I had to follow up with Wayfair and they had to step in and try to make it right. A second cabinet was sent. On this one, the bottom file cabinet drawer was misaligned, the bottom of the drawer wasn't attached (I found 5 screws in the bottom of the box...6 screws weren't screwed in, but I never found the 6th), and the bottom filing cabinet drawer was damaged. I ended up piecing together the best parts of the two cabinets. Overall, the cabinet is of poor quality and the assembly is poor as well.

Good product and was pretty easy to put together. It's lasted 2-3 years without any issues

This is a great addition to my home office. My printer lives on top, client files secured in the locking file drawer, and room for office supplies and papers in the drawers and shelves. Very little assembly required.
