One day after the bed frame arrived, we began to install the frame. After we were done with 3 boxes, we realized slats were not included and we could not put the latex mattress on top of it. If it were not installed, I wished to return whole things. I am still waiting to hear from Service whether $200 is refunded for the slats. Of this expensive platform king bed, slats part should cost more than $200. Don’t you think? I made a bad deal.
