The delivery person left the package in the rain so it was sitting in the rain for God knows how long. There is a covered area where about two feet away where they could have left it there. The chairs are poorly made with cheap material. The chair tips over if you don't sit right in the centre. I wouldn't recommend the product to anyone, especially if you have seniors or children in the family.

Just took it out of the box and so far so good. Quite comfortable for a chair with no padding. Seems to be made well.
