Nightstand is fine but it arrived damaged

The good The design is classic and blends well across styles. These are large and solid and generally I’m happy with the pair I purchased. These not so good Despite good packaging, there was some damage to both units. The front middle on one appears to have been crushed a little, and on the other, a back corner was damaged (and touched up). The outright lie The pictures in the description show a hole through the back and top drawer to allow for an internal charging station setup. There is a cheap outlet stapled to the back.

My expectations for an almost 800 nightstand were not met. The finish was very sloppy with stain overruns and areas with very light stain. I purchased for a secondary bedroom with limited space for a dresser expecting the drawers to be deeper than they actually are - 3-18” deep for top two drawers and 4-18” deep for bottom. It is made of solid wood which is nice, but a pretty low grade poplar was used. If I wasn’t under a time crunch, I would shop around. This quality of furniture could easily be found for 400-500.

These nightstands are so well made and are very high quality. They’re exactly what I was looking for!

Very attractive piece of furniture. Sturdy.
