The chairs are beautiful, meeting all our wishes. Assembly was simple. The kit, however, did not include four smaller-diameter washers that were needed to bolt the arm rests to the chair backs. The provided washers did not fit into the countersink. Luckily, I had smaller washers at my workbench. Apart from this small hitch, the purchase was great.

The Park View chair is very nice looking, reasonably well made, but extremely uncomfortable, after 20 minutes or so of continuous use. Rather than use the chair in my home office, which was my original intention, I pushed it under my wife's (rarely used) desk, and purchased a Steelcase Think chair, which is immensely more comfortable.

We bought this chair to use in out home office, and had looked at a similar site (other than Wayfair) that had a more expensive price. It works perfectly with our home office desk and is comfortable. Only pro is that the wheels don't roll correctly all the time, but don't really know how to remedy the problem. It still works.

Came early and great quality. Little and simple assembly required. Awesome!
