The chairs are wonderful with massage and heat!! but the material doesn't stand up to the wear of sitting in it, arms and seating area is knobby.

It feels delightful to relax in this chair. It needs assembly which went together easily. I love the style and smaller size as this will be used in a bedroom. The fabric's of inferior quality however. My friend came to visit and after laying back in the recliner with the vibration variations, she ordered one for herself!

It's definitely not a good massage chair. It vibrates and stuff, but if you really want a good massage, this is not for you. I didn't try the heat, really bought it for the size and recliner. it is easy to assemble and does recline pretty good. Fit's in tight spaces and isn't that heavy to move around, though does have some weight to it. it is very firm, not soft, but that works for me since this is being used as a spare chair for company. But if you want a very soft comfy chair you will sit in most of the time, this may not be for you. This chair also is not the same color as shown. It is much darker in the photo on this site, check my photo out to compare.

If you compare the photograph above which I ordered from to the photograph of what I received you’ll probably notice that what I got is different. I’m expecting to hear from customer service and I’ll be interested to see what happened. Other than that, it arrived in good shape and was easy to put together with no help. I was hoping for a better quality, although that might have been wishful thinking. It is exactly the size I was expecting and it reclines just as it should. The next time my back goes out I’ll have somewhere appropriate to sit. The heat function is delightful, and can be used on its own; just deselect the lumbar/thighs/legs buttons. The massage function reminds me of the old fashioned “Magic Fingers” massaging motel beds — those basically just shook. Are those still a thing? With the chair you *can* feel the thumping of the massage heads in the separate zones, and the patterns are distinguishable. I haven’t used it, just tested that it worked.

I read mixed reviews on this chair so I was a little nervous to purchase, but so glad I did! For the price it is excellent. I knew I wasn't getting something big you'll sink into, but even my 6 ft tall son loves it. If this is important to you, please know that it is not as black as the photo. I have an Ashley sofa and loveseat set in charcoal color, and I thought this would be even too dark, but it's actually a couple of shades lighter. I was hoping it would be closer to the same color but it still looks great. I know this might matter more to others than it did to me, So if you were hoping it's not quite that dark, it really isn't. It's just a dark gray. Shipping was fast and arrived on the exact day it said it would. The box was ripped but the product was fine. That very well could be FedEx instead of wayfair. Super easy to assemble. Slide in each arm and the back, That's it. I would definitely recommend.
