I’m totally satisfied, it was easy to set up. It was well packed. I was totally impressed. The box was damaged a but the chair wasn’t perfect condition.

Great price, works great. The plug is located on the back right bottom corner. It would have been better if located underneath center or on both sides. Rocker doesnt have the option to lock into place. Very comfortable when open. You must use the power buttons to open and close. Buttons only on the right side. Follow instructions on velcro strip inside that needs to be locked in once pluged inopenextended. This is a small size that fits my apartment perfectly. Leather in all the touch places. Navy blue matched excellent to the non-leather sections. Good score.

It had missing parts, and it wasn't easy to recline.

It is a classy looking reclining chair, and comfortable in the upright position. I am happy with the style. But in a slight reclining position, it lacks the power headrest to watch tv. If I were to do it over again, I would have purchased a recliner that allows the your head to rise for watching tv in my bedroom. As of now, I have to place a pillow behind my head, which moves around a lot on the leather reclining chair.

Love the chair! Beige color is beautiful. I don’t love the large black power box or shorter chord that it’s attached to, however it has great comfort and function. Perfect for me at 5’3” and my hubby at 5’9” but may feel small to larger people.
