Fauteuil pivotant en cuir véritable de 31,5 po de large Toiya

This chair arrived damaged. The box was also damaged. In order to return this item for a full refund, I need to buy a new box and ship it back. To communicate with Wayfair is through their online system. Each response takes a day to answer. Very inconvenient for handling returns/issues. I'm hoping Wayfair will reimburse me for the cost of the box and the cost to ship it back. Haven't heard back from Wayfair on this one yet. (Since it takes 1-2 business days for them to respond to each back and forth question.) I'll update this review once I hear back from Wayfair. If they reimburse me for the box and pay for all the shipping I might give them a few more stars. We'll see...

Very beautiful piece. Is a little smaller than expected but is fine for an accent chair. Swivel is very smooth

Even better than the pictures. I ended up ordering another one to make a set. Love them!

Oh dear Lord! So many hesitations when I bought them…and NO REGRETS!! They are gorgeous…comfortable…and the perfect addition to our new room!

The color is great for my husbands vintage office, leather is nice and built sturdy. My only caution is to note the seat heat is 16” not 18”. It looks very low compared to my other chairs. I will make an adaption to correct this for our personal taste. Overall I great subtle turquoise shade.
