My bed squeaks a bit not sure why - it’s a beautiful piece. The handles could be made of better material and craftsmanship. Overall it’s a nice piece of furniture but for the price it is not the same quality as per say a piece from Raymour and Flanigan. I like the tech charging component.

Very disappointed in the quality. The side rails are pressboard and splitting when we removed it from the box. Much darker than pictured. It is heavy and seems sturdy but not a nice piece of furniture.

I love this bed. The color is beautiful and fits with my decor. It is well made and very sturdy. It was easy to assemble with two people, but it would be much easier if there were 3. My only issue was that the bed had two (2) missing parts. After contacting customer service, I received missing parts about a week after I received the bed. The agent assisting me throughout this process was professional, patient, and understanding.
