The quality is outstanding! I LOVE this bed. It was so easy to assemble, no tools! It's all tongue and groove and came together in under 30 mins. Great quality for the price, very impressed with this bed.

I received this missing an important structural part. The part was shipped then marked as delayed, then cancelled due to out of stock. Not sure if this is on wayfair or the manufacturer, but a missing part shouldn’t be shipped then cancelled. Had it never shipped then cancelled, it’d be more understanding. Again not sure if it’s wayfair or the manufacturer, but the communications to resolve this via full/partial refund is incredibly slow. As for the product, the frame looks nice and easy to assemble. I’m missing the center slats support bar so I can’t say anything on structural integrity
